Across the 250+ strong team at LAB3, most roles have scope to work from home, and some positions are fully remote. As a technology services provider LAB3 caters to client requirements, and there is also a strong team approach to delivery. Exact working arrangements depend on the role, team, and each client engagement, and may include working from home, at a LAB3 office, and/or a requirement to work at a client site.

LAB3 has Australian offices in Melbourne (headquarters), Canberra, and Sydney. There are also team members located in Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Hobart and regional areas. LAB3 also operates in New Zealand and in the United States.
